    I think the pictures clearly show the detail involved in this original design. The outfit is not removable but is very clean and smells fresh. I tried to find information on this designers other bears but found no information which makes me believe she has not been making bears for quite some time. Therefore, I am not able to find the original date of this bear.
    The attached i.d. tag states: This Bonnie Band Bear was handcrafted and is one of a kind. Bonnie Band Bear Pipes and Drums strive for excellence in piping and drumming. They practice regularly in Bannockbear, Scotland. Among their many conquests are the Santa Rosebear Championships in California U.S.A., The North American Championships in Maxbear, Ontario, Canada and the British Columbear Championships.
